I looked back and be reminded...

A few days ago, it was officially 2010.And a few days ago; I started to think of what kind of person I become over the last year and what made my 2009 a pretty good year.
I made some highlights of every month as far as I can remember.
January
It was my mom's birthday and the year we welcomed the start of 2009

February

After so many sleepless nights, we had our thesis done along with my team mates and so we're ready to graduate on April.

March
We went to Singapore for a break courtesy of my mom and sister. It was really fun traveling to another side of the world.I’m still thankful until now for my Singapore treat.

April

I attended one of my best friends 18th birthday or the so called debut.

And the day my parents shed tears watching me received my diploma as I graduate from college; they also felt like they graduated from all the expenses. Thanks to them for sending me to school, I could now say, I have a degree!!

May

I got employed after I graduated on the previous month as a research analyst in one of the multinational companies, Thomson Reuters.

June

I got my first pay check being an analyst and my dog,Chinee's birthday.
 

July

My other dog birthday, Chino. And I got protected with my first cervical cancer vaccine.

August
I had my 1ST birthday celebration at work. Thanks to their warm greetings.

September
I got to go for Ice Skates from stressful work.

October

I started to get fascinated in doing my own blog after so many time I spent in just reading other blogs.
That's what got me here..:) And I realized that "my art matters".

November
I get to meet people all over the world and be friends with them through the world of blogging.

We are friend by hearts..
December

I ended my year with hopes and dreams for the year 2010.
Let me guided by our good Lord with this light to become a better person as I walk through the journey called LIFE!

I’ve never been perfect for the past year and I know I wouldn’t be just like everyone else but I did try to become the better person as I could possibly be, a person I could be proud of...

This year, let's all be a blessing to everyone.

Give me Some LOVE this 2010

It's great to have new things as we welcomed the year.

On the first day of 2010, I received my Google Page Rank, and on the following day, I get to received bags and jacket from friends.

 It’s like a late present for me.Thanks anyway!

It's so good to have generous friends around and have the things you want for free...

I was able to receive lots of gifts last Christmas coming from my mom, friends, colleagues, my sister's best friend, and his boyfriend.
(My sister has not given anything yet for me).haha. Thought I have to mention it so she could be reminded.

I didn’t have the time to take pictures for all of those but you know every single thing has been good enough.

How I spent my New Year??

For those who missed the New Year's celebration here in the Philippines,It’s still a bunch of fun, a variety of fruits and foods on the tables, firecrackers and fireworks all around and lots of coins and bills in pockets and even on the bed, a numerous high jumps on the floor and the so famous countdown till the clock struck to 12.

It's really Filipino and very traditional.

And I'm glad I spent mine in a very traditional way...

Firecrackers in Welcoming the New Year

Filipinos are fond of welcoming the New Year with firecrackers without any doubt of spending big amount of money just to make a large amount of noise and to see the beautiful lights it creates. I always want to make noise during New Year's Eve in my belief that it would send the bad spirits and bad luck away but I'd rather make noise through the use of some musical instruments or even just the use of kitchen utensils.

Last year, there were almost 450 reported cases of injuries and some were hit by strayed bullets. It’s good to welcome the coming year with complete set of fingers and be not physically hurt.
Let's be more careful and be safe as we welcome another prosperous New Year.

Countdown begins for 2010

Only few hours to go, and we'll bid goobye to 2009 but we'll welcome a prosperous 2010.Happy New Year to Everyone!
