Sweet Escape!!

My mom's birthday is up on the 3rd week this month. I'm thinking what to give her on that special day. I have a plenty of options from clothes, shoes, jewelries down to gadgets. But I know my mom wouldn't want any of those since she just a homebody person. She’s a full time mom and wife at home and she has a little cake business that is up and running. I perfectly don’t know on how it is to be a mom but living with her in 21 years of my existence in the world has led me to understand how it is to be a MOM.

With that saying, I'd like my mom to have a free time off from any household chores and have her hands away from the baking equipments.
I'm thinking to give her a little spa and pampering on her birthday. I’ve been all searching all over the net and found the Myrtle Beach Resort. I was fascinated with the serenity and beauty of the place by just looking the pictures. It’s going to be a good gift for her since she's been doing a lot of work ever since. A perfect Spa escapade gift for her in Oceanfront Myrtle Beach Resort would be great for her sweet escape from work. I’m pretty sure she’ll enjoy her special day with that treat.
If only I could afford at this point in time with my own money, I would never have a second thought.

1st of December

It's the first day of December. And I wonder what’s gonna be in the remaining days left till it's 2010.As of the moment, it’s 24 days before Christmas and I haven't done any Christmas gift shopping. I know I'll be stuck again with late shoppers who love to hoard booties out for sale, as if there's no tomorrow. I might plan to head this weekend and see what to get. I’m thinking it's best to give something that is useful. Probably, I need to get my check list done before the end of the week. After shopping which I’d like to claimed fun, a little expense though, I'd like to plan to go to a place where my family could spend holidays since it's definitely going to be a long weekend, I’d love to give my parents a treat to some place they haven't been to, something local yet awesome place to remember. One option is Subic, which would probably head us to Zoobic Adventure. We’ll see where our adventurous feet lead us. I guess, it doesn't matter as long as we're gonna be all together on the very special day.

SPENDING vs. SAVING

Last Summer, I was able to see the beauty of SINGAPORE.. it was before I graduated from college which I'd like to mention my graduation gift from my mum and sis. That was indeed worth of my years in college...lol..If you're heading to Singapore, you can't just go away without visiting Sentosa, and I'm telling you the place is stunning. If you're really looking for some fun and adventure, then Sentosa is something to consider although I must say prices are a little bit higher but so worth it..We had fun watching fireworks show, it was Song of the Sea at the time, and we've paid S$8.00 for each. it was just a 30 minutes or less show but it was absolutely AMAZING.. I still wonder up to now how they were able to have a speaking, dancing and even a crying characters that were just a fireworks, it was pretty hard to describe and unfortunately taking pictures was strictly not allowed. I don't know how they were able to do it but damn, it was GREAT!. and at this moment while reminiscing, I felt bad mom was not able to see it but I'd like to bring her maybe in a year or two.. So, moving on, We've also tried riding in their famous cable cars in which we were pretty amazed on the sceneries. But It felt so fast not to noticed that we were about to alight. I just can't remember how much we've paid for a two way ride..And of course who would miss to visit the famous MERLION... We were told that it it was under construction at the time but we still wanted to make sure if we could just somehow take a pictures, and fortunately.. We’ve had!!:) Can’t share a lot of pics right now since I haven’t stored much in my office computer...To sum this up, traveling across the world would mean spending money but saving a lot of happy memories :)

Have FUN and Go Travel! :)
